Cities & Governement
Every good location is really a question about people: how many can reach the door, and where is nobody serving them yet. This map asks it of one of Berlin's most-loved foods — the döner kebab. It maps the existing shops, the population that can reach each one within a short walk, and the gaps where hungry customers have no nearby option — then ranks the spots where a new shop would find the most demand. Built with GOAT's isochrone, connectivity and catchment tools, it turns "this corner feels busy" into a comparable, evidence-based shortlist of sites. The same accessibility analysis works for any new shop, café, or service deciding where to open.
