Environment
Access to green spaces is a key factor in urban liveability, helping to mitigate environmental challenges like pollution and urban heat islands. This map visualizes gravity-based accessibility to green spaces in Dresden, weighting both travel time and park size. Larger parks receive higher accessibility values when multiple green spaces are reachable within the same timeframe. The analysis, based on ATKIS data and a 30-minute maximum travel time, was conducted using the Heatmap Gravity tool in GOAT.
